Wacky Cake
3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp salt
4 1/2 TBLS dry cocoa
2 TBLS vanilla
2 TBLS vinegar
2 cups water
Bake in a 13x9 pan for 30 minutes. Add just time for layer cakes.
